Our ECBs enable the uni-directional communication of a submarine in submerged condition and offer functions that are essential for data communication, navigation and the safety of the submarine crew. Data is transmitted via an L-band satellite link. With a diameter of 99.5 mm, the ECB can be used on most submarine types. It is also possible to adjust the size if required.
