Gabler Naval is expanding its management team and will be supported by Conrad Borchert as the new Head of Project Management & Order Processing since 1.10.2022.
Together with his team, Conrad Borchert is responsible for the processing of customer orders. The department ensures that the company’s global customer projects are manufactured and delivered on time and on schedule. Project management coordinates and harmonizes all participating interfaces, such as engineering, procurement, manufacturing, assembly, delivery and billing. The project managers maintain close contact with the customers throughout.

Our goal is to actively contribute to the further development of Gabler and to develop and implement customized, innovative products and services for our customers.”
The family man, who grew up in Lübeck, brings with him the experience for this exciting and complex task. After his officer’s career, mechanical engineering studies and a part-time MBA, the 39-year-old has worked at Drägerwerk AG for the past 12 years. There he was initially responsible for complex and individual customer projects in project management and most recently managed cross-divisional projects with an additional focus on process/flow optimization. “I love challenges and at the same time it’s important to me to bring each team member along and to create a good and constructive working atmosphere by combining their individual strengths.”
