General Admin
  • Oversee all support and clerical work within the company
  • Supervise day-to-day support activities and coordinate clerical tasks
  • Make a schedule & meeting arrangement
  • Work with the country head to assess and improve administrative processes and enhance efficiency
  • Assist in carrying out day-to-day accounting functions together with auditors and tax agents


  • Manage the recruitment and selection process
  • Assist in the interviewing and hiring of employees with the appropriate skills as needed
  • Be accountable for HR processes such as talent develop-ment, succession planning, performance assessments, onboarding, culture and engagement initiatives and offboarding that drive a high performing team
  • Work with the country head and/or labor attorneys across the business on performance management, organizational design, employee engagement, rewards- and workforce planning


  • Develop and implement marketing campaigns and activities as per marketing strategies and guidelines to support the company-wide business strategy
  • Implement and steer PR/Communications to improve brand identity
  • Plan and execute an annual industry networking event
  • Manage the brand and product campaign content planning together with creative, event agencies

Essential Knowledge, Skills & Experience

  • 3–5 years of solid experience in the field of Admin, HR and/or Marketing
  • HR experience and marketing initiative experience is a big plus
  • Managerial experience in an office setting
  • A good balance between leading and executing, in this role you will need to be hands-on involved in the daily HR routines, too
  • Proficient in computer skills (Outlook, MS, Word, Excel)
  • Language Proficiency: Korean – Native level, English – Business level
  • Superb organizational and prioritization skills
  • Excellent problem solving skills
  • Strong project management skills

Desirable Knowledge, Skills & Experience

  • Ability to work unsupervised at remote locations for extended periods
  • Gained experience in an international environment
  • Basic or good command of German language is an advantage

  • 38 hours/week

REMARK: This position is to be hired by Gabler Korea, which is planned for operation from Q4, 2023. The final candidate will be based in Changwon or Busan ideally but can commute from elsewhere.
