Whether via telephone or video calls – we are always in close contact with our customers, even from the flexible home office. And as long as the travel policy allows, we even send out service technicians. For example, one of our technicians recently spent 10 days on an assignment in Portugal – naturally in compliance with all hygiene regulations. He inspected our equipment on site and advised our customer on optimisation potential and possible innovations. Corona or not: We stay in business!
